The work students do on the yearbook staff provides them 21st-century skills that prepare them for college and careers. Photography and photojournalism, particularly, are major components of journalistic communication. Student photographers have the power to capture the truth as it happens: the learning in the classroom, the magic of competitions, the moments that matter.

Each year, thousands of student photographers take their best shot at the Grand Prize of the Jostens Photo Contest, earning them not only street cred but also a nice cash prize. Have your students recognized by entering them into the 2017 Jostens Photo Contest (details below).
