Jeff fires us up!
I think what really sets Jeff apart is the youthful enthusiasm he carries with him, which tends to rub off on those around him. Whether it’s firing up staffs at yearbook camp or just checking in during a stressful deadline push, Jeff brings a positive energy that can’t help but lift spirits.

He provides countless hours of support
Jeff has provided countless hours of support to me as the adviser as well as my entire yearbook staff. On several occasions, Jeff has come into my classroom and presented to my class about various aspects of journalism such as layout design, responsible reporting and issues of press law and publication ethics.

Jeff is always available
Jeff is great about coming to visit in person regularly and always makes sure it fits into my schedule; not taking my prep time for granted. If I run into struggles in between our visits, I can email, text or call Jeff and he finds the answers very quickly; usually within the same day. He gets to know me and my students. Our visits are conversational and meaningful.
